Academics Overview

Welcome to the Department of Management and Marketing at East Tennessee State University. Within the College of Business and Technology, we offer educational programs that provide students with managerial and leadership skills that prepare them for future jobs in services and manufacturing. Students are educated to help businesses and communities cope with challenges and complexities of today's ever-changing world.

Our department offers a BBA in Management, a BBA in Marketing and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Undergraduate Management students may choose from four concentrations:

Concentration I – Human Resources Management
Concentration II – Logistics/Supply Chain Management
Concentration III – Legal Studies
Concentration IV – General Management

Undergraduate Marketing students may choose from three concentrations:

Concentration I – Marketing Management
Concentration II – Integrated Marketing Communications
Concentration III – Merchandising
